Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Ejecto — including the Ejecto web studio and the Ejecto mobile app for iOS (together, the “Service”), operated by Outblock Pty Ltd (ABN 94 655 314 051) (“Outblock”, “we”, “us” or “our”) of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Ejecto lets you turn your photos into AI-generated sticker packs. In the mobile app you can take or upload a photo, choose styles and themes, generate die-cut stickers, collect them, and share or export them (including to iMessage, WhatsApp and Telegram). In the web studio you can generate sticker artwork on a canvas and, when signed in, save and reopen your work. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to use the Service. You can sign in with Apple, Google or a one-time email code. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you submit (“Your Content”). You confirm that you have the rights to submit Your Content — including the right to use the likeness of any person or pet shown in a photo you upload — and that doing so does not infringe anyone’s rights. You grant us a licence to store, process and transmit Your Content (including to our AI provider) for the purpose of operating the Service. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

4. AI-generated artwork

Artwork is generated using third-party AI models (Google Gemini). AI output can be unpredictable and may not always match your expectations. Subject to your statutory rights, AI-generated results are provided on an “as is” basis. As between you and us, you own the sticker artwork you generate and may use it for personal and non-commercial purposes.

5. Credits and in-app purchases

The app is free to download, and your first two sticker packs are free. Generating further packs uses credits: one credit makes one 6-sticker pack. Credits are a consumable digital item with no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money. There is no subscription.

Credits are purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Your purchase is billed to your Apple Account and is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Because credits are consumable digital items delivered immediately, all sales are final except where a refund is required by law. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple — see Apple’s refund process. Nothing here limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Community and user-generated content

The Service includes a community feed (“Explore”) where users can publish sticker packs and discover, use or remix packs shared by others. When you publish a pack you grant us and other users a non-exclusive licence to display, use and remix it within the Service.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that depicts a real person without their consent. We may filter, hide or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

You can report objectionable content or block a user from within the app, or by emailing hao@outblock.io. We aim to review reports and remove violating content within 24 hours, and to act on the accounts responsible.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
  • Do not upload photos of people without their permission.
  • Do not resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its brand, software and site content, is owned by Outblock or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Apple, Google, Supabase, PostHog and Vercel. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and Outblock only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, not Apple’s. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory or intellectual-property claims. You must comply with applicable third-party terms (e.g. your wireless carrier and the Apple Media Services Terms). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, the Service is provided “as is”, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app (Profile → delete account) or by asking us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to protect the Service or other users.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
